The first meeting was held on July 14, 2022 in Zagreb, Croatia. All partners gathered to meet each other and to hear about the specifics of the project. A total of 5 clubs are participating in the project; three from Croatia, one from Serbia and one from Slovenia. Every club, except DSR Superkid, are the first-time participants of the EU Erasmus+ Projects and are looking forward to this new experience. The project coordinator welcomed all the partners and presented the project in more detail through a presentation.
He first introduced all clubs to one another and let everyone say a couple of words about their work in their local community. The partners presented their organisations and talked more about what they do and why they are a great addition to the project. Furthermore, DRS Superkid presented the EU Erasmus+ as a movement and what it is trying to achieve, as they are the partner with great experience in EU projects and know the system very well.
Filip, one of Superkid’s representatives explained to everyone what the system is all about as well as some details regarding the tasks and the way the same have to be done in order to fulfill the obligation to the EU. Furthermore, the deliverables were presented and assigned to the clubs, and the deadlines pointed out.
The meeting was completed successfully and the project progressed into the next phase.
